  • ⚪ Circumcision scar is visible in the middle of the shaft resulting in a “two-tone” loook
  • ⚪ Can still move skin back and forth while hard
  • ⚪ Parts of the head still covered by foreskin when flaccid
  • ⚪ Head line not that clearly visible
  • ⚪ Doesn't feel tight when hard
  • ⚪ Constant exposure of the head might make the skin drier, thicker and less sensitive – but the inner foreskin being exposed usually increases sensitivity on the shaft
  • ⚪ Frenulum usually left as is
